Travel RN - Operating Room

Location: Englewood, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7A - 5P

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Travel RN for our Operating Room unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub surgical procedures, including but not limited to angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and orthopedic/spine surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other team members to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and data management using Meditech EMR.
• Participate in the training and orientation of new staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1-year current hospital acute care experience.
• Active RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in circulating and scrubbing is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR is a plus.
