Role Summary Claims Service Specialist at GEICO’s Virginia Beach, VA office. Compensation & Scheduling Hourly rate: $22.34 - $26.46 (annualized $45,000 - $53,000). Hybrid role: 100% in‑office training for 6‑9 months; thereafter 4 days a week in‑office and 1 day telework. Responsibilities Collect facts about the accident. Investigate claim details. Collect statements from involved parties. Assist policyholders during a claim to expedite return to road. Qualifications & Skills Experience providing outstanding customer service, building trust, and increasing client satisfaction. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call center environment. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Eagerness to learn new skills and pursue various career paths. Employment Conditions GEICO will not sponsor employment authorization for this position.
