Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

\n \nWe're seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide financial strategy, forecasting, capital planning, and performance analysis.
\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n- \n
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization. \n
- Own global cash forecasting for properties, funds, and corporate entities. \n
- Partner with leadership to analyze performance and identify opportunities for growth. \n
- Optimize cash management, liquidity, and capital allocation strategies. \n
- Evaluate fund-level reserves and provide recommendations related to distributions and capital events. \n
- Develop financial models and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. \n
What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. \n
- 8+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, treasury, or analytical experience. \n
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. \n
- Proven ability to influence decision-making and partner with senior leaders. \n
- Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail. \n
