At FYZICAL Bryan (owner-operated), we’ve built a structured system where: documentation is completed during the workday schedules are controlled—not chaotic clinicians have real input into patient flow Quick Overview Base Pay: $85,000 – $90,000 Earnings: Many earn 15–20% above base Schedule: 4- or 5-day options (40 hours) Volume (actual patients seen): 8 hr: 11–12/day 10 hr: 13–14/day Documentation: Done during the workday using Prompt EMR (no take-home notes once workflows are established) What You’ll Do Treat orthopedic and balance/vestibular patients Work within a structured, predictable system Contribute to clinic growth and development This is not a place to coast We are building a strong, high-performing clinic.
