Novus Debt Resolutions is hiring dependable, coachable people to join our Lewisville team.

Starting pay is $15 to $20 per hour based on relevant experience and qualifications.

You do not need previous call-center, sales, or debt-relief experience. We will teach you what you need to know.

You do need to be comfortable talking with people. A clear, friendly, professional telephone voice is important for this position.

Your job is straightforward: talk with people who have expressed interest in getting help with their debt, understand why they contacted us, gather basic information, and connect qualified consumers with one of our Debt Consultants.

You will receive two to three weeks of paid, hands-on training and learn professional telephone, customer-service, qualification, and sales skills.

New hires are also eligible to earn a $500 New Hire Bonus after successfully completing their first full scheduled workweek.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Starting pay of $15 to $20 per hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Answer inbound calls from consumers who have expressed interest in debt-relief options
• Make outbound calls to people who have previously expressed interest in our services
• Have friendly, professional conversations throughout the day
• Ask approved intake and qualification questions
• Schedule consultations and make warm transfers to Debt Consultants
• Follow up with previous inquiries, missed appointments, and incomplete applications
• Enter accurate notes and information into our CRM
• Follow approved scripts, processes, and compliance procedures
• Participate in coaching, call reviews, role-play, and ongoing training
• Treat every consumer with patience, dignity, and respect

Previous experience in customer service, restaurants, retail, hospitality, collections, reception, banking, scheduling, call centers, sales, or other customer-facing work can be helpful, but it is not required.

START HERE AND BUILD A CAREER

For the right person, this does not have to remain an hourly entry-level position.

Strong Account Representatives may be considered for advancement into Debt Consultant positions with significantly greater earning potential.

As our company grows, additional leadership opportunities may also become available.

Advancement and increased earnings are not guaranteed. They are based on performance, attendance, successful completion of training, compliance, coachability, available positions, and business needs.

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position.

Your initial two to three weeks of paid training will be Monday through Friday.

After successfully completing training, available regular work schedules include:

• Monday through Friday
• Tuesday through Saturday

Your regular schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

This is an in-office position. Remote and hybrid work are not available. (especially early on in your time with us)
