One Community Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Washington clinic team to work in both Stevenson and White Salmon, Washington. We welcome both certified and non-certified candidates. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, ranging from 36 to 40 hours per week, with potential weekend opportunities after a 90-day training period. General duties include patient intake and processing, assisting with treatments and procedures, patient instruction and patient education. Facilitate patient triage as a communication liaison between patient, medical provider and licensed nurse. Additional duties include quality control checks, performance improvement, supply stocking, equipment sterilization, patient records management, and patient scheduling. Minimum Qualifications: 3-6 months experience working in a medical environment High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic Electronic Medical Records. Weekend Differential: This position receives base hourly pay along with an extra $10.00 for each hour worked on weekends. Milage Reimbursement: In accordance with OCH policy.
