Production OperatorShift: various start times-various end times Hourly Rate: $22.50 an hourConagra Brands Is Looking For Production Operator To Join Our Growing Team!Reporting to the Team Lead, you will operate and monitor packaging equipment to support safe, efficient production at our Rensselaer, Indiana facility. You will complete quality checks, address routine equipment issues, and work with your team to ensure Orville Redenbacher and ACT II products meet Conagra Brands quality and food safety standards.Benefits available on Day 1A Taste Of Your ResponsibilitiesOperate, stock, and monitor packaging machines on production linesPerform routine product and process quality verificationsTroubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment issuesMaintain required production and quality documentationFollow all safety rules, procedures, and policiesPartner with team members and provide support across the line as neededMaintain compliance with all regulatory, food safety, and plant standardsIngredients Required For Your SuccessHigh School Diploma or GED1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environmentBasic to moderate computer and iPad proficiencySkilled in reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedural documentsCompetence with basic math including measuring, averaging, and rangesReadiness to work in a fast-paced production setting with changing conditionsAbility to work 3-2-2 schedule | 12-hour shifts 7-7 | Rotate days to nights every 4 monthsPhysical RequirementsMore information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary.
