Every floor we restore and every room we refresh is a reflection of our dedication to quality and service.Details & Compensation: Monday through Friday from 5:30p-11:30p (30 Hours Per Week)$16.50 per hour (with weekly pay every Friday)Benefits are available after 90-days of employment401K eligibility after 1-year of serviceThe Impact You'll MakeAs our Carpet Cleaning & Janitorial Specialist, you'll be the person who turns "worn and tired" into "fresh and inviting." Your work will directly improve the comfort, safety, and overall experience of everyone who steps into our facilities. From deep-cleaning carpets to maintaining spotless common areas, you'll be a key player in keeping our spaces looking their best and feeling their cleanest.What You'll DoOperate professional carpet cleaning equipment (hot water extraction, steam cleaning, and spot treatment systems) to restore carpets and rugs.Treat and remove stains using appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques.Maintain and clean upholstered furniture as needed.Inspect work areas to ensure quality standards are met and report any maintenance issues.Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety guidelines.Secondary Duties:Perform routine janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in assigned areas.Assist with floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing hard surfaces when required.What You'll BringPrevious experience in carpet cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred (training provided for the right candidate).Familiarity with carpet cleaning machines and janitorial tools.Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment for extended periods.Commitment to safety and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.Maintain a running log to document areas of carpets cleaned with corresponding service dates.Why You'll Love It HereCompetitive hourly pay with opportunities for overtime.Paid training on advanced carpet cleaning techniques and equipment.All tools, equipment, and uniforms provided.Supportive team environment where your work is valued and recognized.Opportunities for growth into lead or supervisory roles.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.Join UsIf you take pride in making spaces shine and enjoy seeing the immediate results of your work, we'd love to meet you.
