Manager in Training (MIT) SPEC Building Materials Corporation is recognized as one of the nation’s leading wholesale distributors of quality building materials and equipment for both commercial and residential roofing contractors. We seek team leaders who want to run a branch as if it were their own. Manager in Training is a structured program that teaches every segment of our business and culture. Upon completion, the associate will run their own branch. Training Modules Customer Service/Counter Sales Training Residential and Commercial Product Training Inventory Management & Cost Control Logistics & Warehouse Management Branch Manager Training Outside Sales Training Leadership Training Qualifications Preferably a 4‑year Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business At least two years of experience in the building‑materials distribution industry or related field At least two years of work experience Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Entrepreneurial spirit, self‑motivated, enthusiastic about our business Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills Detail‑oriented, time‑management skills, analytical problem‑solving Ethical, honest, dependable Current state‑issued driver’s license with satisfactory driving record Legally entitled to work in the United States Ability to pass a company‑required drug test Fluent in English for communication with vendors, customers, and staff Benefits & Compensation Base salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Job Type: Full‑time Shift: Day shift Work Location: In person Location: Oklahoma City, OK, US #J-18808-Ljbffr Spec Corp
