Insurance Defense Associate Attorney

We are partnering with our client to identify an Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to join a well-established litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking hands‑on litigation experience, strong mentorship, and long‑term growth within a respected and stable defense platform. Position: Insurance Defense Associate Attorney About the Role This role offers exposure to a broad range of insurance defense matters, including general liability, personal injury defense, construction‑related disputes, and complex civil litigation matters. Attorneys will work closely with experienced litigators while managing cases through all phases of litigation. Responsibilities Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations Assist with trial preparation and case strategy Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel Manage deadlines and active litigation caseloads Provide practical legal analysis and risk assessment Qualifications 2+ years of litigation experience preferred Insurance defense experience strongly preferred Strong background in: Discovery Motion practice Depositions Case management Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple active matters State bar admission required Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: commensurate with experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) and retirement benefits PTO and paid holidays Professional development and mentorship support Hybrid flexibility depending on experience level Why This Opportunity Stands Out Established and respected litigation platform Strong mentorship and hands‑on litigation experience Stable workflow with long‑term growth potential Collaborative team‑oriented environment Opportunity to build substantial litigation and client‑management experience Interested?
