About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff and Transformation Leader for its Americas Sales division. This high-impact role is pivotal in driving a regional transformation agenda across sales processes, operating models, data, and AI-enabled execution. The successful candidate will be a strategic operator, capable of turning executive priorities into measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include leading the sales transformation agenda, redesigning high-value sales and management workflows, and ensuring the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working. The role demands a leader with a strong background in sales transformation, commercial excellence, and a deep understanding of AI use cases in commercial organizations. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years' leadership experience in relevant fields, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Key accountabilities for this role include running the sales management team cadence, supporting the SVP with strategic preparation, and driving the transformation agenda from strategy to execution. The candidate should possess strong business judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with senior leaders in dynamic environments. A background in sales organizations, go-to-market strategy, or commercial transformation is strongly preferred, as is experience in B2B sales environments and with AI, automation, and advanced analytics in commercial settings. The role is not for an administrative or PMO-only candidate; the leader will have direct execution ownership and be responsible for the transformation's success.
