About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Growth Enablement and Operations to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational aspects of its client development and marketing growth organization. This senior leadership position is not for the faint-hearted; it demands a hands-on, proactive approach to building and leading a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating the value creation and program roadmap, owning the operating cadence for the client development team, and leading the revenue operations and enablement team. This includes direct management of a small team, setting priorities, and driving execution through structured sprints. The role also involves owning the conversion improvement roadmap, driving cross-program coordination, and partnering with the data analytics team to stay current on conversion trends.
