We are growing at Flowly Solutions! We are actively seeking a skilled Diesel Fleet Mechanic to join our dedicated facility operations team. In this crucial role, you will be the driving force behind our operational success, keeping our vehicles and specialized gear in peak, safe condition and ready for action.

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and fix hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and diesel engine systems across a wide variety of machinery and fleet vehicles.
• Service and rebuild commercial trailer components, such as braking mechanisms, bearings, hubs, and axles.
• Execute advanced electrical troubleshooting, repair complex wiring, and install custom vehicle modifications.
• Carry out preventative maintenance, load testing, and comprehensive diagnostic checks on mobile field generators.
• Perform rigorous compliance inspections on all assets and trucks to guarantee adherence to strict DOT and BIT regulations.
• Monitor parts availability and act as a liaison with external specialty repair shops when outsourced work is required.
• Provide critical equipment support and conduct on-site emergency repairs during time-sensitive, rapid deployments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Solid history working in heavy equipment repair, diesel technology, or commercial fleet maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for rapid, accurate troubleshooting, both in the shop and out in the field.
• Highly self-directed work ethic with the capability to manage daily assignments and prioritize tasks with very little supervision.
• Proven ability to produce top-tier work and stay composed during urgent, high-stress deployment scenarios.
• Effective verbal and written skills required for accurately documenting repairs, processing work orders, and reading technical service manuals.
• Capability to stand for long periods, stay active throughout a full shift, and safely lift up to 40 pounds.
• Dependable personal transportation paired with a strict commitment to attendance and punctuality.

Pay and Schedule:

• Pay ranges from $35.00 $49.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
