The Opportunity

We are seeking a Dermatology Physician Assistant with at least one year of dermatology experience to join our growing team. This full-scope role offers the chance to build a lasting career within a stable, supportive environment where your contributions directly impact patient lives and practice success.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat diverse dermatologic conditions, from rashes to complex general dermatology cases
• Perform skin cancer screenings and shave biopsies with confidence
• Deliver compassionate care to elderly patients in both clinic settings and contracted nursing facilities
• Manage a robust but manageable patient load: ~30 patients/day in clinic, ~40 patients/day during nursing home rounds
• Partner closely with our physician and clinical team to ensure seamless, coordinated care
• Play an active role in practice growth and help shape our collaborative culture

Schedule & Setting

• MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM no weekends
• One day weekly at contracted nursing homes (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Modern, expanding office with a team invested in your success

What We're Looking For

Requirements - Preferred

1+ year dermatology experience - Family medicine background

Genuine compassion for elderly patients - Bilingual English/Spanish

Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills - Long-term growth mindset
