ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2000 after starting my career in the claims side of the insurance industry, which gave me a strong foundation for helping customers when they need it most. Family is a huge part of my life - I'm a proud father of three, and I'm about to become a grandfather for the first time. Over the years, I've spent a lot of time coaching youth sports, which has shaped my leadership style and passion for mentorship.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bryan Michaels - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
