Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gauge clients' mental health needs and strengths, thereby laying the groundwork for tailored treatment plans. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address diverse mental health concerns. \n
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care and maximize therapeutic outcomes for patients. \n
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and coping strategies. \n
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that incorporate client preferences and evidence-based practices. \n
- Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans that reflect both client goals and clinical best practices in collaboration with the treatment team. \n
- Advocate for clients, assisting them in navigating the complexities of the mental health system and upholding their rights and needs throughout their care journey. \n
- Oversee and lead therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and discharge planning meetings to enhance community support and resource access for clients post-treatment. \n
This position works primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery processes, focusing on diverse mental health challenges that accompany substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate approach combined with the skills required to engage clients from various backgrounds, fostering an environment focused on recovery, resilience, and empowerment.

- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. \n
- An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory. \n
