RN – Reproductive Medicine Location US-IL-Urbana Job ID 2026-21087 Category Nursing Position Type Full-Time Remote No Shift Day Schedule M-F 7:30-4:30 Weekend Requirements none Holiday Requirements none On-Call Requirements none Overview The Ambulatory Nurse utilizes a systematic approach to nursing by incorporating assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the practice of nursing. Provides healthcare to individuals, families, and communities within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Board of Nursing. Responsibilities Provides and facilitates competent health care of patients and families in area of practice. Ensures adherence to established standards of care and scope of practice. Ensures documentation of care is complete and accurate. Provides health and wellness education to individuals and groups. Acts as preceptor and supports the development of other staff and healthcare students. Provides leadership for initiatives designed to improve the quality of care or clinical outcomes. Assists Nursing Supervisor/coordinator in the development of departmental standing orders. Provides patient education for first prenatal teaches. Performs prenatal non stress tests. Performs telephone triage. Administers injections to patients. Assists the provider with LEEP procedure. Schedules patients for surgery. Qualifications Certifications: Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). Salary Range The compensation range for this position is $33.11per hour - $53.88per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
