Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for our existing clients, answering questions and resolving coverage concerns with care.

Review upcoming policy renewals to ensure our clients have the best coverage options available for their unique situations.

Process policy changes, endorsements, and billing inquiries accurately and efficiently.

Maintain organized and thorough documentation in our client files to ensure we always provide informed service.

Collaborate with our insurance carriers to negotiate terms and solve complex coverage issues on behalf of our policyholders.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through regular, proactive communication and genuine interest in their well-being.

Requirements

Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Producer License.

Two or more years of experience managing personal lines insurance accounts.

Solid understanding of home and auto insurance policy structures.

Strong command of agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively.

Willingness to pursue continuing education credits to maintain licensure.
