Aspen Valley Hospital seeks a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for pelvic floor disorders in a community-focused, critical access hospital. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, biofeedback, and patient education for diverse populations, including athletes, postpartum patients, and older adults. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document care accurately, participate in program development, and support wellness initiatives. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor and related musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based practice. Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans focused on function, pain reduction, and quality of life. Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, biofeedback, and patient education for diverse populations. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Document assessments, goals, and progress accurately in the electronic medical record. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, self-management, and prevention strategies. Participate in pelvic health program development, outreach, and quality improvement initiatives. Mentor or support colleagues and students in pelvic health best practices when appropriate.
