As an MT Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Operations: * Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer service for Enterprise clients. * Build relationships with Clients through constant contact and advocacy by offering advice, solutions, and proactive issue management. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives with clients. * Monitor, improve and report upon key performance indicators including financial performance of accounts and team productivity. * Conduct market research to proactively communicate industry trends that will impact a client's business. Management: * Identify and develop talent through coaching, mentoring and performance management * Provide operational excellence by training, developing, and managing your team on a daily basis. * Coach team members to grow and succeed in their roles.
