Maintenance Lead TechnicianLead the Night Shift: Maintenance Lead Technician Needed!What's in it for you?Medical/Vision/DentalHoliday PayHealth Savings Account (HSA)Growth OpportunitiesMaintenance Lead Technician Details:Direct Hire position$60,000.00 / annuallyThird Shift (Sunday through Thursday from 09:30pm to 06:30am)Job Details:Lead and support maintenance activities to ensure production equipment operates safely and efficientlyTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systemsCoordinate and respond to production maintenance calls while minimizing downtimePerform preventive maintenance and complete work orders in a timely mannerSupport equipment upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintenance projectsMaintain parts inventory and ensure a clean, organized work environmentPromote safety, communicate effectively with production teams, and assist technicians on shiftMaintenance Lead Technician Qualifications:5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience with PLCs, motor controls, VFDs/drives, and electrical diagnostics using multimetersAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsLeadership experience or the ability to guide and support maintenance team membersFood manufacturing and Lean Manufacturing experience preferredBilingual English/Spanish and strong communication skills are a plusWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
