Senior Project ManagerWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager, highly skilled and experienced in the development and construction of affordable housing, to join our dynamic team of consultants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects through the development cycle and a deep understanding of affordable housing finance. This role requires a high level of cultural competency, the ability to earn trust and build relationships across a diverse client base, the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key responsibilities include:Leading and managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.Communicating project updates and status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Fostering a collaborative team environment and mentoring junior project managers and team members.Continuously evaluating project processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in affordable housing project managementProven experience managing all phases of a developmentExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively.Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or advanced degree preferredBenefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchingGenerous paid time off and holidaysHybrid work schedule
