Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking experienced Litigation Paralegals to support high-impact legal teams handling complex personal injury and mass tort litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial. Key Responsibilities: Partner with attorneys to support cases from pre-litigation through trial Prepare and organize trial exhibits, binders, and case materials Coordinate experts, witnesses, depositions, hearings, and trial logistics Draft legal correspondence, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents Manage case files, litigation calendars, and critical deadlines Conduct legal research and compile findings to support case strategy Utilize litigation support and case management platforms Assist with e-filing, document management, and trial preparation Provide real-time trial support, including exhibit and document management Qualifications: 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience Strong trial preparation and courtroom support experience Personal injury litigation experience required Mass tort experience highly preferred Experience supporting complex litigation matters such as Roundup, Talc, IVC Filter, Asbestos, Sexual Assault, or similar cases is a plus Proficiency with case management systems such as Needles, Litify, PACER, Clio, Westlaw, or similar platforms Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Paralegal certification or related legal education preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal seeking hands-on involvement in complex, high-profile cases while working alongside an experienced legal team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
