Housing Case Manager - Flexible Schedule & Weekly Pay

Delta-T Group

Delta-T Group is seeking a Housing Case Manager in Haverhill, MA to start immediately. You will interview shelter residents, assess needs, and develop customized case plans with weekly progress checks. Responsibilities include completing intakes, maintaining HMIS records, and coordinating referrals to housing programs and services. Knowledge of crisis intervention and Spanish skills are a plus. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in homeless services, a relevant education level, and proficiency with #J-18808-Ljbffr Delta-T Group
