A Brief Overview The Division of Allergy & Immunology is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing care to pediatric patients with allergic and immunologic conditions. This position offers a blend of outpatient clinic care, telemedicine, and care coordination responsibilities across multiple Specialty Care Centers in Pennsylvania, primarily Abington and some Buerger center. In partnership with attending physicians, the Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care while supporting ongoing disease management for patients with complex immunologic conditions. The role also includes serving as a clinical resource for treatment coordination within the Day Medicine Unit by developing expertise in writing therapy plans, supporting infusion-related processes, and collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, family-centered care. The ideal candidate will have prior Nurse Practitioner experience, strong clinical assessment skills, and an interest in caring for patients with immunology conditions. Experience with immunologic disorders is beneficial but not required. Pennsylvania licensure is required, and New Jersey licensure is preferred. What You Will Do Utilizes advanced assessment skills to manage a cohort of patients. Performs and documents daily assessments. Collects and analyzes data and formulates a family-centered plan of care. Performs any needed advanced procedures that are listed in the Scope of Practice Document and approved as a part of the credentialing process. Evaluates and monitors the effectiveness of the prescribed treatment plan. Using the most current evidence, modifies the plan of care based on the effectiveness of the treatment and the patient/family response to the plan. Serves as an educational resource to the patient/family, nursing staff, and provider team. Acts as a consultant to multidisciplinary health care team members. Participates in scholarly activities including research and education. Participates in own professional development by maintaining required competencies, identifying learning needs and seeking appropriate educational offerings. Participates in the professional development of others. Acts as a preceptor and mentor to support the development of nurses, nurse practitioners, students, and other health care providers. Demonstrates a commitment to patient safety by speaking up about safety issues and changing practice to enhance safety. Shares errors or potential errors through system reporting mechanisms. Demonstrates shared accountability for safe practice. Education Qualifications Master's Degree Nursing - Required Skills And Abilities Ability to work in an inter-professional team setting with multiple responsibilities. Ability to use computer and electronic medical records effectively. SALARY RANGE

$107,200.00 - $142,100.00 Annually. Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly. This job is eligible for an incentive program.
