Job Responsibilities Travel to assigned facilities to complete the responsibilities. Assigned facilities change on a daily basis. Ensure all trash & recycling (if required) are emptied nightly. Ensure dusting schedule is adhered to. Monday's - high level surfaces Tuesday's - low level surfaces Wednesday's - mid-level surfaces & blinds Thursday's - high level surfaces Friday's - low level surfaces Ensure all entrances, lobbies & common areas are fully cleaned. Ensure all restrooms are fully cleaned. Ensure all exam rooms (if applicable) are fully cleaned. Ensure all kitchens/kitchenettes are fully cleaned. Ensure all paper towels, toilet tissue, soap & other miscellaneous consumable products used in restrooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, etc. are refilled. Ensure vacuuming schedule is adhered to, including weekly edge-to-edge vacuuming. Ensure all required doors are shut, locked and secured. Ensure all hot points are completed and double checked. Specific job duties as assigned. Maintain janitorial closet organization. Manage chemical supply inventories. Follow up with KB office after job is complete with any notes and/or information.
