We are searching for an experienced General Manager, Mission Critical Environments at our Salt Lake City, UT facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The General Manager, Americas has full P&Lresponsibility for Senneca Holdings’ Mission Critical Equipment division,including SubZero Engineering and Simplex. This business serves fast-growingdata center and clean room end markets and operates with a high degree ofautonomy across sales, operations, marketing, product development, and finance. This role leads a cross-functional leadership team of directand matrixed reports including Sales, Operations, Services, Product Integration& Design, and Country Operations, with matrix alignment to the corporate Financeand HR. The position oversees manufacturing and operational sites in the U.S.and plays a key role in setting strategy, driving organic growth, and executingacquisitions. Key Responsibilities

• Championa safety-first culture and continuous improvement across operations andcost structure
• Ownfull P&L performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and cashflow
• Developand execute annual and long-term strategic and operating plans alignedwith corporate objectives
• Build,lead, and develop a high-performing executive leadership team
• Strengthenstrategic customer relationships and industry partnerships
• Driveinnovation, new product development, and acquisition integration
• Ensurecompliance with all applicable regulatory and legal requirements
• Presentperformance, strategy, and results to executive leadership and the Boardof Directors
• Partnerwith HR to ensure leadership development and succession planning
• Travel: Up to 40%

Required Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’sdegree required; MBA preferred
• 15+years of leadership experience, including senior cross-functionalleadership
• Provenownership of a P&L of $50M+ in revenue
• Demonstratedsuccess growing revenue, margins, and market share
• Experiencebuilding and leading high-performing teams
• Datacenter, IT infrastructure, or building products preferred
• Trackrecord of new product introductions and acquisition-driven growth
