Shift Details Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x1, 12hrs per week Length: 13 weeks Requirements Active NJ or Compact license (required at time of submission) 1.5 years of adult/peds acute care ED experience ACLS, BLS, PALS, ITTC - De-escalation Training EPIC experience required Other Details Must float within skillset without exception; may care for holding patients General Emergency Department—combined Adult/Pedi Ratios vary based on census, patient acuity and staffing; average is 1:5+ Patient age groups: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics Scrub color: Navy Blue Commitment & Policies Clinicians must be fully committed to working a minimum of 4 shifts per month Cancellation policy: Three last‑minute cancellations (within 24–48 hours) may lead to a final warning Submission Requirements Must be able to start on 6/15/26 Clinicians may work at only one RWJBH site; location changes not permitted after approval Two clinical leadership references from assignments within the last 2 years (charge nurse not accepted) Prior RWJBH staff must be separated for a minimum of 6 months Compensation & Benefits Day 1 health insurance coverage and comprehensive benefits options 401(k) matching program Weekly direct deposit Industry‑leading allowances and reimbursements Referral program with cash bonuses and additional perks EEO Statement Epic Staffing Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
