Job Position: Dishwasher
Location: Gourmet Italian Cuisine Restaurant *MUST HAVE EVENING AVAILABILITY AFTER 4PM, AND WEEKENDS FRIDAY-SUNDAY* Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwasher or by hand.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Clean garbage cans.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Sweep and scrub floors.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand.
- Perform routine cleaning of kitchen space including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, trash removal, moving dirty pots and pans and stocking clean etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize workload
- People interaction skills
