Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Salisbury, MD by HMD Trucking
$25 per hourHMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Sign On Bonus $10000
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Operate in a two-person OTR team moving hazardous freight nationwide.
Deliver safely and efficiently, maintaining all safety and Hazmat protocols.
Core Duties:
- Base pay 77¢/mi + 2¢/mi for Hazmat
- Approximately 5,000 miles each week
- Complete required inspections and logs
HMD Benefits:
