Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Engineer Maintenance Engineer is responsible for supervising the property’s maintenance and routine processes to keep the facility fully functional, enjoyable, and safe for guests. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repair duties, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, furniture, sheetrock, and painting. Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned. Complete all maintenance service requests assigned. Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all guests, vendors, contractors, and employees. Complete grounds work as directed by the Chief Engineer. Alert the General Manager of any unusual occurrence or damage. Ensure safety standards comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines. Respond to maintenance issues promptly and keep accurate records of assigned tasks. Perform minor maintenance: electrical, plumbing, painting, caulking. Snow removal (must be able to shovel snow). Qualifications Keen eye for detail, strong time‑management, and excellent customer‑service skills. Polite and friendly demeanor. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible working hours. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high‑performance standards. Physical mobility and stamina. Must pass a background check.
