It’s all about the details here at ModWash!We are looking for a Field Recruiter to source, attract, and hire high-quality talent across multiple locations and states to support rapid operational growth within our car wash network. The Field Recruiter will work closely with operations leadership, HR, and site managers to understand staffing needs and deliver effective recruiting strategies. As a Field Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to impact the business and your community!Each act of kindness, even the smallest positive action will ripple outward to affect others and our communities. Let’s make a ripple effect together.What you’ll do:Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.Collaborates with various team members to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.Builds talent pipelines in a high-volume setting.Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organization's needs.Ensures all job posting and advertisement processes are completed.Reviews and analyzes resumes using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending start dates, and other pertinent details.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.Analyze recruitment KPIs to improve hiring process.Performs other duties as assigned.What you’ll need:Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.Strategic Thinking.Negotiation Skills.Employer Branding.Proficient in Microsoft Suite.Professionalism, organization, and time management skills.Experience working with HRIS (Paycom preferably).Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.At least 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a high-volume environment.At least 2+ years of experience managing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).At least 2+ years of experience managing new employee onboarding.ModWash provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or genetics.Upon offer, selected candidates are required to complete a pre-hire backgroundJob Types: Full-time#INDHO #J-18808-Ljbffr
