Job Location - Charlotte NC (Day One Onsite - Hybrid)

About The Role

• Lead planning coordination and execution of large scale SQL Server migration program across multiple AGs and environments ensuring delivery with minimal disruption

Key Responsibilities

• Define migration strategy waves and timelines

• Coordinate DBA SSIS infra and application teams

• Track progress across 100 AG migrations

• Manage risks issues and mitigation plans

• Enforce runbook adherence and process consistency

• Drive gono go decisions during cutovers

• Ensure rollback plans are defined and executable

• Communicate status to stakeholders and leadership

• Manage dependencies

• Infrastructure readiness

• Application validation

• Change windows

Required Skills

• Experience managing large scale technology migration programs

• Strong understanding of database systems SQL Server preferred

• Experience with risk management and change control

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage cross functional technical teams

Nice to Have

• Previous SQL Server migration experience

• Familiarity with AG HADR concepts

• Agile hybrid delivery methodologies

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $110841 to $145000 /yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$110841 to $145000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
