Overview

We are seeking skilled welders to join our manufacturing team. The role involves welding metal components to fabricate, assemble, or repair products while maintaining high quality standards.

Schedule & Pay

• Taylor, MI
• • 2nd Shift: 2:30pm–11:00pm | $23–$26/hr + $2/hr shift premium
  • Overtime: Available during the week and Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding, cutting, grinding, finishing, and assembly of metal parts.
• Inspect welded parts to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications.
• Operate equipment such as MIG and or TIG welders, oxyacetylene torch, grinders, saws, and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety rules.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting, meeting daily output goals.

Requirements

• Prior welding experience; TIG welding required
• Ability to read and follow weld prints, instructions and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, bend, and stoop.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct deficiencies.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
