Forklift OperatorWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, operating various powered industrial trucks to support our daily operations and ensure accurate product flow.3rd Party Distribution CenterWhat's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Forklift Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 21.00 to $ 23.50 / hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available1st Shift Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pmMust be available for Saturday shifts and additional overtime on both weekdays and weekends as operational demands require.Operate a range of powered industrial lift trucks, including sit-down forklifts, center riders, dock stockers, electronic pallet jacks, and pallet riders, to push, pull, lift, stack, or move products, equipment, and materials.Utilize a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy for inventory management and tracking.Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently as required.Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company procedures.Forklift Operator Qualifications:Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs independently.The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and operating machinery for extended periods.Proven experience operating multiple types of powered industrial trucks, specifically: * Sit-Down Forklift * Electronic Pallet Jack * Dock stocker * Pallet RiderApplicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
