Job Description

As a Security Officer Front Desk in Asbury Park NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. Join Allied Universal at a residential community front desk where you will help monitor access greet residents and visitors and support security-related needs through strong communication and customer this welcoming role you will remain visible respond to questions and/or concerns and contribute to a caring environment built on teamwork reliability innovation and integrity.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents visitors and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures front desk protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors verifying identification and/or visitor information and documenting arrivals departures and other security-related activity.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Support the residential location by answering questions observing lobby and entrance activity and reporting unusual suspicious and/or unauthorized behavior to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Maintain accurate logs reports and communication records related to visitor management deliveries incidents and other front desk security-related responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
