Sales Associate

WEEKLY PAY: $850 $1,250 OTE | No upper limit on earnings
Location: Waukesha, WI 53188
Start Date: Immediate
Experience Required: None full training provided

ABOUT THE ROLE

Great Lakes Outreach is looking for driven, people-first Sales Associates to represent our clients directly to their customer base at face-to-face events across the Waukesha area.

You don't need experience we'll train you on everything. What we're looking for is energy, ambition, and someone who wants to grow fast.

Representing client brands at events and engaging directly with customers
Building genuine rapport and communicating product value with confidence
Working toward individual and team targets in a competitive, supportive environment
Growing your skills through hands-on coaching and structured development from day one
Maintaining a professional standard at all times you're the face of our clients
