Job Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for outpatient gastrointestinal and endoscopy procedures in state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery centers Provide pre-operative assessments and post-anesthesia care for patients undergoing GI procedures Collaborate with gastroenterologists, physicians, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient safety and outcomes Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels throughout procedures Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current knowledge of anesthesia best practices Ensure adherence to all AANA guidelines and facility protocols Job Requirements Current, active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license Eligible for Florida state medical credentialing and licensure Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program Current certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) Current BLS and ACLS certification GI/endoscopy anesthesia experience preferred but not required Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment About Miami, Florida Miami offers an unparalleled lifestyle with year-round sunshine, beautiful beaches, and a vibrant cultural scene.
