Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food Plant Manager to lead operations at a high-volume food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing production, ensuring food safety compliance, driving efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and safety
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations (FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMP)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Manage and develop plant staff, supervisors, and department leaders
- Monitor KPIs, production output, and operational performance
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and process improvements
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company policies
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing leadership (Plant Manager or similar role)
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA/USDA regulations)
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve plant performance
- Experience with high-speed production lines preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
