Enterprise Medical is partnering with a medical center in Southeast Alabama to welcome an Endocrinologist to join a thriving outpatient-focused practice supported by a strong network of primary care providers.

Position Highlights:

• Join an established, high-demand endocrinology practice within a leading regional healthcare system
• Practice the full scope of endocrinology, including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and metabolic disorders
• Outpatient-focused position with shared after-hours telephone call only
• Strong referral network supported by 50 primary care providers
• Monday?Friday schedule with dedicated administrative time
• Manageable patient volume of 18?22 patients per day
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality patient care
• Opportunities for quality improvement and clinical research, if desired

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary commensurate with experience
• Incentive compensation structure based on WRVU production
