We’re actively interviewing for a Bike Delivery Courier at our UNC‑Asheville store located at 8 College Street, Asheville, NC . As a Bike Courier, you are our “Boots on the ground!” and the main face our customers see outside the bakery. You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to fans wherever they are. Responsibilities Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store. Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner. Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction, in person or by phone. Use Insomnia’s delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers. Desired Skills / Experience Excellent time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of the 1‑mile radius surrounding the store is a plus. Must have your own non‑motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted).
