Shift Leader

Brand Einstein Bros. Bagels Position: Shift Leader Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, coach team members when needed, and open and close the store with little supervision. They help maintain the quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your career—many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members. Day in the Life of a Shift Leader As a Shift Leader, you will work with the General Manager to inspire your team, manage store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
