How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care that aligns with our gold-standard clinical protocols to ensure the highest levels of patient safety and recovery.

• Drive the success of patient care plans by proactively monitoring health trends and communicating critical changes to the team to ensure timely, life-saving interventions.

• Lead as the central coordinator for the multidisciplinary team, bridging the gap between different specialties to provide a unified and seamless experience for the patient.

• Translate medical and nursing orders into precise clinical actions, ensuring every treatment is executed with the highest level of accuracy and care.

• Champion the transition of care by collaborating with the healthcare team to identify and solve discharge needs early, ensuring patients return home with confidence and clarity.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
