We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a non-profit organization in Madison, Wisconsin in a Contract position. This role focuses on delivering responsive assistance to customers by phone, handling service inquiries with professionalism, and entering order information accurately. The ideal candidate brings a service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a steady volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and provide clear, courteous assistance for a range of service-related questions.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, and help resolve open customer issues.
• Enter orders and update customer information accurately in internal systems while maintaining complete records.
• Address customer concerns with patience and professionalism, working to achieve timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Document call activity, customer interactions, and service outcomes to support accurate tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal team members when issues require additional research or escalation to ensure effective follow-through.• Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing support role.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate data records.
• Solid customer service skills with a consistent focus on responsiveness and problem-solving.
• Comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple applications during customer interactions.
