Warehouse Worker - PMQA Lab Technician
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45237 | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm | Contract Position

About the Role
Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker specializing as a Production Materials Quality Assurance (PMQA) Lab Technician. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the integrity and quality of raw materials within a controlled warehouse environment, supporting manufacturing excellence. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cGMP-compliant processes while contributing to a culture built on integrity, respect, and excellence.

Responsibilities

- Perform safe, timely sampling of raw materials using established methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare detailed paperwork and maintain accurate documentation for all sampling and materials movement
- Operate lift trucks to move products in and out of the primary warehouse
- Complete necessary SAP and LIMS transactions efficiently
- Maintain clean and compliant sampling areas (White Zone) in adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Communicate any unusual observations or issues promptly to supervision
- Support general housekeeping and maintain a safe work environment

Required Skills and Experience

- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years' experience in GMP laboratory or warehouse setting (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and maneuver up to 100lbs
- Basic proficiency in documentation and verbal/written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work overtime as needed

Preferred Skills

- Forklift certification
- SAP and MS Office proficiency
- Familiarity with DEA, FDA, Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices
