Join Our Team as a Van Rider-Help Make Every Journey a Safe and Positive One!

Are you dependable, caring, and great with children? Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are looking for friendly and responsible Van Riders to help ensure children travel safely and comfortably each day.

As a Van Rider, you will do more than accompany children during transportation-you will help create a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for the children and families we serve. If you enjoy working with young children, communicate well with others, and want a job where your work truly matters, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Full-time and part-time positions are available. No previous experience is required.

At MKSA/KULA, our mission is to help young children with developmental delays and disabilities build the skills they need to live meaningful and successful lives. We primarily serve children from birth through kindergarten in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Our team includes educators, teacher assistants, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other professionals who work together with families to meet each child's unique developmental, therapeutic, and medical needs.

As a Van Rider, you will be an important part of that team by helping children arrive safely and ready for their day.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Dependable, punctual, and committed to child safety

• Caring, patient, and comfortable working with young children

• Friendly and professional when communicating with children, families, coworkers, and drivers

• Attentive and able to remain focused in a busy environment

• Organized and able to follow transportation and safety procedures

• Ready to make a positive difference every day

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• No previous experience is required

• Experience working with children is helpful but not necessary

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people

• Ability to work compassionately with children from birth through age six and their families

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to use good judgment and practical problem-solving skills

• Basic written communication and math skills
