Production Associates

We are currently hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing environment in Matteson, Illinois. This role is ideal for dependable and detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working long shifts in a fast-paced production setting. As a Production Associate, you will support the assembly of battery and electronic components, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Assemble battery and electronic components on production lines
• Perform material handling and line feeding tasks
• Support basic inventory and production flow
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks
• Maintain production standards and meet daily goals
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate with supervisors and team members as needed

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow processes and SOPs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Steel-toe boots required
• Must use PPE (safety glasses, gloves)
• Reliable and team-oriented

Schedule & Pay
