RN - Dialysis


Job Details:


• Variable flex shifts available in 8, 10, or 12-hour increments
• Start times are variable depending on patient and clinic need, ranging from as early as 5:00 AM to as late as 7:30 PM
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly with overtime after 80 hours worked in the second week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• On-call requirements: 3 times per two-week period, 2 of which may be on every other working weekend with a 1-hour response time
• Assignment coverage may include both inpatient and outpatient RN and PCT roles based on need
• Block scheduling can be accommodated
• Float between inpatient and outpatient settings only
• Inpatient patient ratio of 1:4 with dialysis tech, or 1:1 in ICU units; outpatient ratio of 1:8
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required with previous dialysis experience in an inpatient setting required
• Prior CRRT and Peritoneal Dialysis experience required
• Trauma Level II experience highly preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License and BLS (AHA or ARC)
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Any color scrubs accepted

The facility supports both inpatient and outpatient dialysis services, including specialized treatments such as CRRT and Peritoneal Dialysis, and operates at a Trauma Level II designation.
