Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00–07:30 | Every Other Weekend and Some Holidays Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting across night shift hours
• Float to other units as needed based on patient census and staffing requirements
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, including identification of lethal arrhythmias and heart blocks
• Deliver care to complex ICU populations including neurological, cardiothoracic, burn, and trauma surgery patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum of two years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last three years in the ICU specialty
• Must pass a telemetry examination prior to start (adult and pediatric components; 80% passing score required, with 100% identification of lethal rhythms)
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple ICU specialties such as Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU, Burn ICU, or Trauma Surgery
• Familiarity with IMC, Progressive Care, or General Care patient populations
