Under the general supervision of the Production Manager/Buyer, the Cook will prepare hot foods for patient services, caf, and catering. All items will be prepared according to standardized recipes, consistency modification guidelines, and daily menu. The cook will also ensure a timely service. Required Qualifications

• Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years Institutional Quantity Cooking and/or completion of a vocational school in food service.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
